The maintenance methods for grating panels are as follows:

Daily Cleaning

1. Regular Sweeping:

- Every so often, use a broom or vacuum cleaner to sweep the surface of the grating panels to remove dust, debris, etc. This prevents excessive accumulation of debris from affecting the appearance of the grating panels and avoids deformation caused by long-term accumulation of debris.

- For grating panels in places prone to oil stains, such as kitchens and restaurants, they should also be wiped regularly with a mild detergent solution to keep the surface clean.

2. Preventing Heavy Object Impacts:

- When working or moving items on top of the grating panels, be extra careful to avoid direct impacts from heavy objects. Impacts can cause dents, cracks, and other damage to the surface of the grating panels, reducing their load-bearing capacity and service life.

- If minor impact marks are found on the grating panels, check their structural integrity promptly. If necessary, repair or replace the damaged parts.

Rust Prevention Treatment

1. Surface Coating Maintenance:

- Many grating panels have a rust-preventive coating on their surface. It is important to protect the integrity of the coating and avoid scratching or abrading it. If the coating is damaged, it should be repaired promptly to prevent the steel from rusting when exposed to air.

- Follow the coating supplier's recommendations to regularly inspect and maintain the coating, and repaint it if necessary.

2. Dry Environment:

- Keep the environment where the grating is installed dry. Humid environments accelerate rusting, especially in open areas or near water sources. Reduce humidity and the risk of rust by installing ventilation equipment and ensuring proper drainage.

- If signs of rust are found on the grating, remove the rust immediately with a wire brush or similar tool, and then apply anti-rust paint for protection.
