Grating panel installation requires ensuring a solid foundation, accurate measurement and positioning, secure fixing, flatness, proper drainage and corrosion prevention, and adherence to safety regulations. For example, each panel should have at least two welded joints at both ends of the supporting components, with weld seams ≥20mm.
Key points for grating panel installation include base treatment, secure fixing, tight splicing, and ensuring flatness. The base layer must be cleaned and leveled, ensuring it is free of debris and unevenness. Welding or specialized clamps are recommended for fixing, with weld point spacing not exceeding 50cm and weld seam length ≥20mm. Joints must be aligned and a 3-5mm expansion joint should be left.
The overall flatness deviation after installation should be ≤2mm/m. Our photovoltaic maintenance access grating panels are galvanized (30μm zinc layer), with a load rating of Class 1 and compressive strength of 200-2170MPa. Free cutting and 1-3 day sample production are available. Suitable for chemical plants, municipal applications, and other scenarios. All products are manufactured to Grade A quality standards. Customized products have a processing cycle of approximately 12 days. Logistics and installation guidance services are provided.
